We understand selecting the Lighting for your home can be a difficult thing to get right first time, every time.

This is why we offer a 14 Day exchange Policy.

If you feel you have made the wrong selection for your home & the goods are still in original condition we will gladly take them back for Exchange or Store Credit.

Our Store Credit does not expire & can be used at anytime for any Product or Service we provide.

In the instance where we have ordered in a product to suit the needs you specified to us, and it is not a regular stocked item, there may be a percentage of your deposit retained as a re-stocking fee. Our suppliers will charge us to return the goods to them, so we request that our customers cover that charge when a change of mind occurs.

In the instance of a faulty product we will offer you a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, within the Warranty Period of the product in question. Manufacturing Warranty Periods vary depending on product, please ask us about this at the time of your purchase.

Within our Rights Under Current Australian Consumer Law, all other Refund requests will be considered at our discretion.
